This is Sena, Cassy and I working out VERY hard. We always have a great time though! This was right after a spinning class. It looks like we've all just taken a shower right! GROSS!! Anyways, it was fun but exhausting. I work with Sena at Pelican Pointe. She is the marketing director and SO much fun. We spin every monday and wednesday. We truly look forward to working out now. So it's been a long day and I am going TO BED!!
Keep up the good hard work! Maybe you'll get me motivated to get off my own bum!
