I am a little bit worried about my knee today. It seems to be really sore. Not sure what to do. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I think I'm just pushing it a little too hard in the gym, but I REALLY enjoy pushing it so I'm kinda bummed right now. Symtoms are....
1: sore knee
2: doesn't hurt really at all...only when I bend it, it goes kinda numb...
3: getting hard to walk on
ANY IDEAS????

  1. I'm sorry to hear about your knee. You probably need to let it rest; it sounds like it's overdone. If you want, I could do some yoga with you, or maybe you could use some of the dvd's I made you. That way you could gently stretch, and keep exercising. You might have to make different choices at the gym for a couple of weeks. Sorry!!! Love you!!!!

  2. Try icing it. And take some ibuprofen for inflammation. That should help. But you may need to take it easy for a couple of days.
